An order is accepted after successful payment confirmation and operational review. GiftFeels may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, is incorrectly priced, or presents a fraud or safety concern.

Product presentation
Natural and handmade products can vary slightly in colour, arrangement, size, or finish. Substitutions, where necessary, should preserve the product's value and overall gifting intent.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate account, recipient, personalisation, and delivery details and must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or unsafe content.
Liability and support
GiftFeels will use reasonable care in fulfilment and provide the remedies stated in the returns policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
