Order status
Pending means checkout has started. Paid confirms payment. Processing means preparation is underway. Shipped adds carrier tracking, and delivered closes fulfilment.
Personalised products
Provide accurate names, dates, spellings, and media. Production begins after payment and may require a support follow-up for clarification.
Payment safety
Card and payment details are entered on the hosted payment page. GiftFeels does not store raw card numbers.
