Cancellation policy

Cancellation eligibility depends on whether payment, personalisation, production, or dispatch has started.

Before production

Contact support with your order reference as quickly as possible. Eligible unstarted orders can be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

Personalised orders

Once custom production has started, cancellation may not be possible because the item cannot be resold. Production errors remain covered by the returns policy.

After dispatch

Orders already handed to a carrier cannot normally be cancelled. Delivery refusal does not automatically create a refund and may incur return costs.

GiftFeels cancellation

If inventory, safety, pricing, or delivery constraints prevent fulfilment, GiftFeels may cancel the order and return the collected payment.
