Contact support promptly with the order ID, a description, and clear photos when an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

Personalised items

Correctly produced personalised products cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. Production errors or damage are reviewed for replacement or refund.

Perishable gifts

Flowers, cakes, plants, and food gifts require prompt reporting because condition changes over time. Keep the product and packaging available for review.

Approved refunds
